The Royal ITC is an independent luxury hospitality and membership service provider. We are not officially associated with any specific hotel chain or trademark owner.
3. Memberships
- Memberships are sold per region (Domestic / International), tier (Silver / Gold / Platinum), and duration as published on the website.
- All membership benefits are subject to availability, partner-property terms and seasonal blackout periods.
- Membership is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable without written consent.
- Pricing displayed is in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Bookings
- Reservations are made on a best-effort basis through our partner network of hotels and resorts.
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability and partner terms at the time of reservation.
- Members are responsible for any incidental charges incurred during a stay.
- Travel documents, visas, insurance, and inoculations remain the responsibility of the member.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via PCI-compliant gateways including Razorpay, Stripe and PayU. We do not store full card details on our servers.
6. Conduct
Members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves with discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership in cases of misconduct, fraud, or non-payment.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including logos, photography, illustrations, written content and code — is the property of The Royal ITC or its licensors, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The Royal ITC's liability for any claim arising out of a booking or membership shall not exceed the fees paid by the member for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, epidemics, or partner-property closures.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the member portal.
